Service Description
Experience personalized fitness training tailored to your goals and fitness level. Our fitness instructors will guide you through effective workout routines and provide motivation every step of the way. Course level 1: Introduction to Fitness: - Basic warm-up exercises - Introduction to stretching and flexibility with basic stretches for major muscle groups - Introduction to different types of workouts (cardio, strength, flexibility) Course level 2: Cardiovascular Endurance: - Introduction to jogging/running and understanding heart rate. - Jump rope exercises to improve cardiovascular endurance and coordination. Course level 3: Strength Training: - Introduction to bodyweight exercises such as push-ups, squats, lunges, and planks. - Introduction to resistance bands and learning different exercises using bands to target major muscle groups. - Basic core exercises to strengthen abdominal and lower back muscles. Course Level 4: Flexibility and Balance: -Introduction to yoga for kids, focusing on basic poses and breathing techniques. - Basic balance exercises like standing on one leg, heel-to-toe walk, and balancing games. - Introduction to basic gymnastics movements such as forward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands. Course level 5: Sports and Fun Games - Introduction to basic sports skills - Team-based fitness games to encourage teamwork and camaraderie. - Obstacle course challenges to improve agility and coordination.
